We ship to the United Kingdom using third-party couriers.

Fragile Items: Pottery and framed paintings are highly fragile. We take extreme care in packaging. If an item arrives broken, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage and packaging.

Customs and Duties: For international orders, the buyer is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country.

Returns

Right to Cancel (Cooling-off Period): In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving the item without giving a reason. You then have another 14 days to return the item to us.

Exemptions: Custom-made commissions or personalised artworks cannot be cancelled or returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Return Conditions: Unwanted items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You must pay the return postage costs.

Faulty Goods: Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty or not as described, you have up to 30 days to request a full refund.
